Battlefield 6 Release Date and Global Launch Times Confirmed

The launch of Battlefield 6 is right around the corner, and EA has officially revealed the game’s global release times. As promised earlier this year, there will be no early access or staggered rollout across platforms. That means PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S players will all jump in at the same time when the game goes live.

While this synchronized launch is great for fairness, it’s a bit of a blow to New Zealand players, who are typically first to get access to new games. This time, they’ll have to wait until the very end of the global rollout — while North American and European players get the prime hours for launch day.

Battlefield 6 Global Release Times

Battlefield 6 officially launches October 10, 2025, at 11 AM EDT, with simultaneous access worldwide. Check your local timezone below:

  • October 10 — 08:00 AM PDT
  • October 10 — 10:00 AM CDT
  • October 10 — 11:00 AM EDT
  • October 10 — 12:00 PM BRT
  • October 10 — 04:00 PM BST
  • October 10 — 05:00 PM CEST
  • October 10 — 08:30 PM IST
  • October 10 — 11:00 PM CST
  • October 11 — 12:00 AM KST / JST
  • October 11 — 02:00 AM AEDT
  • October 11 — 04:00 AM NZDT

Everyone gets access at the same moment, no matter your platform or region.

PC Players: Enable Secure Boot Before Launch

If you’re playing on PC, make sure Secure Boot is enabled on your system. Battlefield 6 requires this setting to run properly, so activating it in your BIOS will help you avoid launch issues or startup errors.

What’s Next for Battlefield 6?

EA and DICE have also released the Battlefield 6 Season 1 roadmap, outlining the free post-launch content arriving throughout the rest of 2025. Players can look forward to:

  • New maps and weapons
  • Seasonal events
  • Ongoing gameplay updates and balance changes

With its synchronized global release and packed post-launch support, Battlefield 6 is shaping up to be one of the biggest FPS launches of the year.
